Pope frequently shares his insight on the ServiceNow blog. Hassan Javed, Director of IT audit at ServiceNow, is focused on risk-based and compliance audits, and data analytics. For the last several years he has been dedicated to building out GRC internally for continuous controls monitoring, Legal (e.g. GDPR, Privacy Shield), and IT Security. With more than 15 years in the information technology field, Hassan is a CISA, CRISC, VCP, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University.
