Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS) added a feature enabling customers to filter messages sent to subscribers, based on message attributes. We'll take a look at how to create an SNS Topic, add a subscription to the topic, and configure the subscription filter policy to perform filtration. Finally, we'll send a couple of test messages to a phone number, to ensure that the filter policy is functioning according to our expectations.
