As you open the program, you'll see two options: capture and video. In the 'capture' window, you can choose what you're going to capture: game or desktop. Here you can choose the resolution and frame rate for your recording. For our videos, we're choosing 1920х1080 resolution and 60FPS. We recommend you opt for 44.1 kHz, stereo, 16-bit.
