Here is a short video describing the process... In this video I will use a soldering iron as my method to seal the shrink wrap around the jewel case before using the hair dryer/heat gun to shrink the material. I would recommend using a HAIR DRYER instead of a heat gun as the heat gun is too hot for this job and can melt the shrink wrap material. I did not have a hair dryer handy for the recording of this video.
